Taste Note: At the eye: The color is pale yellow, limpid, and brilliant. At nose: Beautiful aromatic intensity, with notes of very ripe white peaches, lychee, and hints of apricot. In the mouth: The mouth is fresh and voluptuous, with a good length.
Winemaking Process: Manual. Double sorting process (in the vineyard and on the sorting table in the winery). Direct pressing. Fermentation in large barrels (350L and foudre). Native yeasts. Aged 10 months on fine lees.
