The highlight of the evening was the presence of Ms. Liuba Letorova, representing Bodega Matsu. More than a gathering of wine enthusiasts in Ho Chi Minh City, the event offered a deeper exploration into the philosophy of “Matsu” – the art of waiting – where time and untamed nature converge to shape wines of remarkable authenticity and character.

Alongside an intimate tasting experience, Parcelles curated a dedicated masterclass for industry professionals, creating a refined balance between technical insight and shared appreciation.
