Tasting Notes: We are immediately seduced by its very ripe black fruits. The clay-siliceous soils provide the Peuilles with a fine balance of mineral freshness. Great vivacity in the final. Superb expressive, tonic, captivating finish.
Winemaking Process: Harvested by hand then destemmed in the cellar and vatted in untrodden grapes on a conveyor belt that respects the bay more than anything else. Vinification: Fermentation, associated with pigeages, is monitored at 30°C, and maceration is extended to 25-30 days, favoring a strong extraction of the constituent elements of the structure.
