Taste Note: Brilliant and youthful color, with an intense red color and purple reflections. The nose reveals notes of fresh red fruits such as wild raspberry and mara des bois. Allowed to breathe, we discover tangy and fresh notes of gooseberry and blackcurrant syrup. The palate, with supple tannins, is balanced. It is lined with spices and also has fruity aromas in harmony with the nose, as well as a finish with surprising aromas of white pepper.
