The nose, already open, reveals delicate notes of acacia and orange blossom, as well as expressive notes of exotic fruit (mango and roasted pineapple) and grapefruit zest. The palate is full and round, with fruity aromas in harmony with the nose. The fresh, crisp finish keeps this wine in perfect balance.
Winemaking Process: Slow and long pressing – Gentle racking – Natural fermentation without sulfur in concrete egg fermenter, stoneware jar, and 500L barrels. No racking o after fermentation. According to the golden number, the egg shape keeps the wine in perpetual movement creating roundness while preserving the purity of fruit and freshness. Racking off 2 weeks before bottling for settling.
