Description

Brand: Domaine Du Gour De Chaule
Origin: France
Grape: Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah
Taste Note: The nose is an aromatic explosion, there is so much to say. It is both dark, sanguine notes as well as an uncommon finesse. Notes of crushed strawberries, smoke, pepper, scents of figs, candied tomato. On the palate, the attack is all in freshness, the caressing material, and the finesse well on the agenda.
Winemaking Process: The soil is mostly composed of clay and sand, which gives both structure to the wine and a lot of finesse. The fermentation is carried out in concrete eggs and its breeding in the same container for 18 months.
Sommelier Advice: Best served: Beef, Lamb, Game (deer, venison)
