Taste Note: It’s an intense pink with cherry reflections. There is an aromatic palette associated with small red fruits and mineral notes. The palate is voluptuous and the balance is between freshness and sweetness. A pleasant wine to drink on all occasions.
Winemaking Process: The harvest is from early September to mid‐September during the night. The 100% of grapes are pressured by pneumatic pressure. The first juice is selected. The vinification is at low and the temperature is controlled.
Sommelier Advice: Best served between 8°C and 10°C, with assorted cooked meats or a Provençal salad.
