Description

Brand: David Duband
Origin: France
Grape: Chardonnay
Taste Note: Elegant and full of charm, this white wine offers a beautiful pale and pure golden color, with green reflections. The nose is pure and well-defined with a character of citrus and white rose. The bouquet is completed with mineral notes. Under opulent features, the structure is straight, favored by good natural wealth. Finesse and distinction characterize its minerality. Hints of quince appear at the end of the palate.
Winemaking Process: Chardonnay grape variety harvesting by hand, in small boxes. On arrival, the grapes are pressed, and no sulfite is used. Cold fermentation for 4 to 6 weeks. The use of natural yeasts allows the grapes and the terroir to express themselves. Aging for 8 months on fine lees in stainless steel vats.
Sommelier Advice: It is ready to drink but also has good aging potential: 3 to 5 years. Serving temperature: 11 to 13°C
