Winemaking Process: Harvest between mid-September and the end of October. Traditional vinification, including short vatting (15 days). Soft extraction of the grape – pomace and short aging (15% of the wine) in French oak barrels.
Sommelier Advice: Best served between 15° and 16°C. This Pinot Noir will pair with any appetizer (Cured ham) as well as all kinds of meats
