Description

Brand: Domaine Mas Des Armes
Origin: France
Grape: Vermentino, Roussanne, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier
Taste Note: The color is very light with green hints, which is surprising for a cuvée vinified in a barrel. The nose is marked by a great aromatic freshness, we have the citrus flavors from Vermentino (lemon confit, citron), assisted by a hint of yellow fruits with the Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier. The Roussanne will give the body and the length backed up with great acidity.
Winemaking Process: Fermentation in new oak barrels and one vintage. Ageing on lees from 3 to 6 months.
Sommelier Advice: This wine will pair naturally with oily fish such as wild salmon grilled. The perfect match: Chicken Suprême with Albufera sauce
