" Château Minuty is the vineyard of the presqu'île de Saint-Tropez, which honours the southern grape varieties. Château Minuty is one of the main producers of the Côtes de Provence, producing top-of-the-range rosé wines. "
The great rosés of Château Minuty are made from Grenache, the “king of rosés”, and Tibouren, emblematic of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, which has been preserved to guarantee the local typicity of the wines. Château Minuty sees the fourth generation of the Matton family flourish in 2022 as Anne-Victoire Matton joins her father Jean-Etienne and Uncle François in the running of this Provençal gem.
