Giustini is in between the sea of Taranto, and the heights of the Itria Valley. The four generations- Giustini Wines is led by Giuseppe Papadopoli together with his sons Salvatore and Federico, have been passing on tradition, experience and passion for wine. The goal is to preserve the land’s tipicality and characteristics in order to enhance and never distort the land. Minimal interventions in the vineyard and targeted refiniments in the cellar give their wines the aroma and scents of the grapes from which they come to life.
