Domaine Gayda’s winery is situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, surrounded by its organic vineyards in the heart of the Languedoc, 25km south west of Carcassonne, in the village of Brugairolles. Biodiversity is at the forefront of their vineyard management, bringing back a balanced ecosystem which is essential for sustainable production that minimises unnecessary intervention in the process.
